Web D and D

Click here to return to the current week's entry.

This week I'm deleting all the headings we listed last week and I am replacing them with our new list: 4 questions to define our web project.

  1. What is the focus of my website?
This website will present students with a step-by-step progression through beginner-level HTML and CSS by demonstrating techniques as we go.
  2. Who would find my website worth visiting?
Anyone looking to learn HTML and CSS would benefit from visiting this website, though the most value will be had by current students of my class at Princeton High School.
  3. In what ways might visitors want to interact with the content on my website?
Visitors, for now, will only be able to click through the progressions week to week to see what we have been able to do. At this time, there is no plan to add interactivity to this website.
  4. Into what categories might I divide the content on my website?
This website will need sections for links to tutorials, news on the industry, and an easy way to navigate around our emerging archive of classwork.

This page has been rewritten so that it now reflects what we have learned in the first three weeks of class. To look at what we had at the end of week one, click here. You can also check out where we were at the end of week 2.

Each week as we progress through this course I will modify this page, reflecting the techniques we have learned in class.
I will preserve these older versions of the home page so that you can come back and see how far we've come as a class!
