Friday: Submit Pre-Proposal
Thus far, we've learned the difference between content and code, and we've learned how to build the basic HTML structure needed for a Web document. We've also configured our text editor to be better-tuned to Web development work, and we've synced Google Drive to our local machines.
Today I need you to write up a pre-proposal for your semester-long coding project. This project will ultimately span about a half-dozen Web pages and include a style sheet. It will reflect a topic that you find personally compelling and valuable - something you won't mind spending one day a week for the rest of this semester thinking about and working on. All told, you will invest over 15 hours into this project before submitting it.
Your pre-proposal consists of two essential pieces of information:
- explain your topic - what is it?
- who is your intended audience - describe the people who would most likely find your Website worth checking out
