Day 04 - Modify a Prototype

Keep modifying your prototypes until you have a single plane that can repeatably pass all 3 tests. If your plane is not making use of ailerons, a rudder, or elevators, you're doing something wrong (or you're operating so far outside the box that traditional aeronautics lacks a word for your solution). Regardless, document everything you do. Undocumented work is ungradable work!

Test 1

• straight-line flight from one end of 2150 lengthwise across the room

Test 2

• when thrown straight (at blue X on back wall):
1. glide forward at least 1 meter without deviating more than 0.5 meter left or right
2. after passing the first meter, must achieve a 90° turn left before crossing the 2-meter line

Test 3

• when thrown straight (at blue X on back wall):
1. glide forward at least 1 meter without deviating more than 0.5 meter left or right
2. after passing the first meter, must achieve a 90° turn right before crossing the 2-meter line
