Day 05 - Inkscape Bezier Curves

Yesteday we zoomed in on our image to page level, we added a snap-to grid, and we began experimenting with the bezier tool.

Today we're going to draw the coffee cup. It is important that you follow the sequence of mouse clicks shown in the tutorial - if you get those out of order, then you will have a very difficult time shading and highlighting the cup. Save yourself all that heartache and do things in sequence from the start.

After completing the coffee cup tutorial, move on to this tutorial on tricks for using text in vector graphic design. Your task is to make a graphic of your first name (or nickname) using the techniques shown in the tutorial. When you finish with this project, you will paste a copy of the image into a the Google Assignment doc in Classroom.
