Day 11 - Emulsions

I need you to hand-draw the graphic below. I'll talk you through the diagram so that it (hopefully) makes sense. Make use of colored pencils, crayons, or markers to keep the information clear. When you are done with your drawing, use your phone to take a picture of the drawing and insert that picture into your lotion doc. Alternatively, you could use Google Drawings (or Inkscape, which we used to draw that coffee cup in first quarter) to draw it digitally.
