Day 07 - Refine Table
Last Friday you and your team should have evaluated your mini periodic table of the elements against your requirements-based rubric. Today you need to write up an engineering report to communicate what you achieved and where it fell short, noting specifically what design changes ought to happen with the next prototype.
If, for example, you found that your mini table struggled to show the various trends of the elements (the very thing that makes the table "periodic"), you should write up what design would do a better job of it and also write down why you had decided to go with the design you did. Paste a copy of your rubric below the paragraph. Anything that received a score other than "perfect" should be explained in your paragraph. If you need to write it as more than one paragraph, do so.'
Note that this is a formal paragraph, meaning that I will grade it based on grammar, spelling, and good semantic structure in addition to assessing your ability to reach engineering conclusions about your design. Make sure your text is cleanly written!
Make sure your team folder is named after your team (your team name should be an adjective + a noun, but they should not make sense together - like "dry waters" or "tiny giants" or "original echoes"). Make sure that folder is shared with me and that your work is saved in it. You should also put this folder in your individual STEM 3 folder so it is easy to find.
