Day 03 - Science of Soap

In the process of digging into the history of soap, you read through some content about the science of soap - the chemical reactions invovled in creating soap. Today I need you to create a new page in your "soap" Google Doc and set up a new Cornell notes table. Take all the science content you collected yesterday and organize it in the new table today so that you can have one Cornell notes table on the history of soap and a separate table on the science of soap. I will come around to ensure that you have adequate notes on the science of soap. If you cannot demonstrate a solid foundation of knowledge on the chemistry of soap, expect me to nag you about it today as I check your work!
