Day 12 - Vision/Mission Statements

Today we're going to write vision and mission statements. Use this Google search to see a bunch of different options, and cobble together your own vision and mission statements. Keep in mind that a good vision statement lets people know where you think your company is headed over the next 5 to 10 years - it is your aspirational claim. The mission statement, on the other hand, expresses why you value what you're currently doing and why your employees are proud to work at the company.
